In this highly mature market, this research explores digital consumer behavior such as online activities, payment methods, purchase channels and devices used, motivations and overlap between online and offline, yearly expenditure, across the segments of transportation, accommodation, packaged holidays, car rent and cruise holidays.
In the study we engaged with 700 e-shoppers inSwitzerland and 1,000 in Italy, allowing for a robust sample showing also generation differences.
